At Westridge Haus, we aim to have straightforward and transparent shipping policies and we offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

This shipping policy applies to all orders within the United States.

    Delivery Times

    • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00PM (PST), Monday to Friday, will be processed the next business day, which may extend the estimated delivery time by one additional day.

    • Processing Time: Orders take 1 to 2 business days to process. Once this is complete your order will be prepared and shipped by one of our shipping carriers.

    • Shipping Time: 6 to 8 business days.

    • Estimated Total Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days from the time it is placed. Please note that these delivery estimates may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside of our control, such as shipping carrier delays or weather conditions.

    Business days include Monday-Friday from 9:00AM-5:00PM (PST). Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

    • Free Shipping: All orders placed within the United States qualify for free shipping and no minimum order is required.

We will assist you in resolving these issues as quickly as possible. In the event that you submit incorrect shipping information or a package is lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with you directly to resolve the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

      Tracking Your Order

      Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Using this number, you can track your order using the Track Your Order page on our website.
